College/Degree: Marian College with a degree in Sports Management
How did you get started in cycling: My dad got my started in riding after he had been doing for a couple of years. Started off on the mountain bike, but grew to love the road bike. Was never very good or at the top of age group as a junior, but my dad always took me to every race, every camp, and every nationals. I eventually got better and went to Marian College on a cycling scholarship. While at Marian I was 4 time Midwest Collegiate Cycling Conference Champion overall and signed my first pro contract as a junior after spending the previous summer racing over in Belgium. After I graduated with a degree in Sports Management I continued to race as a pro for 7 years. During this time I got married to my beautiful wife and we had our first kid, my daughter Madelyn. Now I enjoy not only racing, but helping the younger guys develop and race. Website: www.breeezer.org
