If you could race any cyclist (dead or alive) who would it be and what discipline: My dad when he was my age, I would like to race him in a criterium, so I could see how many times I could lap him. He can have a 2016 road bike, and I’ll take a 1991 Schwinn aluminum 434
If you could write the first line for your personal Wikipedia page what would it say: Jake Sitler once drowned himself in an under water hold your breath competition.
Toughest race you’ve done and why: Wilderness 101- I had just stopped running and started mountain biking. It was seven hours long, and at one point I am fairly confident I started crying while descending a 7-mile rock garden.
What cycling accomplishment are you most proud of? Winning the UCI KOM jersey as an amateur at Bucks County Classic, Now Reading classic.
Any unique pre-race routines or lucky charms? Coffee, Beet Juice, Music, Text my girlfriend, and get my good luck wishes from Clay Murfet’s Mom.
